I have been teaching Zumba for over 8 years now and have loved every minute of it! I teach Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning and Strong.
I am in the Hendersonville, TN area.

An entire body workout 💪. Get those outer thighs burning, abs crunching and punch out some stress. Oh, don't forget that ❤ rate will 👆. Advance your workout with lower vstep squats, low curtsy squats, get low on those ab crunches and suck in your belly while you do them :).

Grab some weights if you want. Great toning routine for Zumba Toning!! Focus on the abs and obliques. Really squeeze the obliques when you pick your leg up to target that area correctly. Don't move your hips when the arms are in front and you move side to side. Keep your feet planted. Feel the burn :)

I tell the class to pretend they are wearing stilletos while doing the heel raises. Also be sure to tell them to pick a focal point for the balance part and squeeze their booty while doing the leg lifts.
